Avanquest and Koch Media strengthen their partnership for Germany, Austria and Italy
The retail distribution of all of the Avanquest Group’s products – software, games and accessories – in Germany, Austria and Italy was assigned exclusively to its partner, Koch Media, on October 1st.
This agreement enables Avanquest to consolidate its presence in thoe countries by relying on the position of Koch Media, Europe’s leading distributor of digital entertainment, which has its own logistical infrastructure in Germany, Austria and Italy. Its strng penetration of the distribution channels, together with the quality of Avanquest products, will enable both groups to develop synergies in these strategic territories. This partnership continues the historical relationship that has existed between these two companies for the last 16 years.

With this agreement, Avanquest intends to redeploy its teams’ efforts to its core business, software publishing, and specifically the growth segments like products and services over the Internet, and the development of its e-commerce sites, which are meeting with growing sucess in Germany, Austria and Italy. This partnership fits well with the Group’s strategy since Pierre Cesarini took over as CEO.
